By accessing or using DocsFlow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

DocsFlow AI provides AI-powered document processing, OCR, data extraction, and web crawling services via a web application and REST API. Features and limits vary by subscription plan.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits.
• You may not resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
• Automated abuse, DDoS attacks, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are strictly prohibited.

DocsFlow AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocsFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
