Execution logs are written to a private, SOC 2-aligned logging tenant.

Can DocsFlow AI read handwritten prescriptions?
Yes. DocsFlow AI uses a specialized handwriting OCR model trained on clinical documents to extract drug names, dosages, frequencies, prescriber information, and patient identifiers from handwritten prescriptions — including documents with physician shorthand and abbreviations. When combined with the medication reference module, extracted medication names are normalized against a global drug database to return canonical RxCUI or SNOMED CT identifiers.
How does DocsFlow AI extract ICD-10 and CPT codes automatically?
DocsFlow AI includes a clinical NLP model trained on medical terminology that automatically identifies diagnoses in free-form text and maps them to ICD-10-CM codes, and recognizes procedures and maps them to CPT codes. SNOMED CT concepts can be returned instead for interoperability-focused use cases. This eliminates manual medical coding for structured document types, reduces coder labor, shrinks reimbursement cycles, and lowers claim rejection rates caused by coding errors.
Does DocsFlow AI support HL7 FHIR export?
Yes. DocsFlow AI supports HL7 FHIR R4 output. Extracted clinical data is mapped to FHIR resources including Patient, Observation, DiagnosticReport, MedicationRequest, and Encounter, and can be pushed directly to any FHIR-compliant EHR via REST API webhook. This removes the integration middleware layer that has historically made healthcare IT projects slow and expensive, so extracted clinical data can appear in the EHR within seconds of document submission.
